Sakaguchi Architecture Lab builds apps that make the earliest phases of IT projects — strategy, planning and RFPs — faster and more reliable, drawing on years of hands-on IT strategy work.
AI for IT strategy & RFP documents.
Enter a project brief, and the AI drafts business architecture, use cases, BPMN 2.0 process flows, IT architecture grand designs, requirements, fit/gap analysis and RFPs step by step. It also checks your deliverables for inconsistencies and gaps and prepares hearing questions for your client — all ready to use in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Coming soon: more tools that help with the next step of real-world work, such as an app for organizing deals and projects.
Features come from the tasks that actually take time in IT strategy and planning projects.
Your input is never used for AI training or advertising, and is sent to the AI only after you consent.
Not just screens — output arrives as PowerPoint, Excel and Word files you can use at work right away.
After working in IT operations at a major systems integrator, Koichiro worked at consulting firms and elsewhere on IT strategy, business strategy for SI companies, new business development and IT outsourcing strategy. He builds products that use AI to solve a problem he saw again and again in early-phase work: first drafts take too long.
